From lapping up Top Gear as a toddler to fostering his passions throughout his schooling career and now gearing up for life on the track, Rudi Schüssler is a talented and dynamic South African kart-racer who has quickly gained significant attention in the motorsport world.
From the outset, Rudi's exceptional skills and determination has set him apart. With countless hours spent on the track, he has developed a keen understanding of vehicle dynamics and the importance of precision and consistency in driving.

Rudi's versatility and resilience stands out and his approach to integrate both the technical (theory) and creative (driving by feel) aspects of racing, has shone through and demonstrated a strategic mindset which has set him up for strong overtakes.
Beyond the physical track, Rüdi is an avid sim racer, competing in various short and endurance races on platforms like iRacing and Assetto Corsa Competizione (ACC) racing online against international competitors and participating in the local OKLA online racing competition, further honing his skills and competitive spirit.
This year (2024) Rudi joined the esteemed Neil Basilio Racing (NBR) team and is now focused on the National Championships with physical and mentally challenging training equipping him to follow his dreams - "to be the fastest driver I can be and set foot into other exciting aspects of this sport."
